Customer renewed maintenance program. Cleaned and serviced furnace. Tested all mechanical components. Tested all zone dampers. Changed furnace filter and humidifier pad filter that customer provided. Cleaned all sensors. Tested blower motor amperage and capacity. Tested gas valve and inlet/outlet pressures. System is clean, heating, and operating properly at this time. One visit is being used today and customer will have spring/ac visit of 2026 remaining prepaid on current plan. Performed free inspections.
