Cleaned and serviced all 7 condensing units. Tested all capacitors, contactors, and fan motor amperages. Also checked all refrigerant levels. The conclusions of units as followed. Unit #1 alley- added 1lbs of R410a refrigerant. Capacitor,contactor, and fan Motor were in accurate working condition. Unit #2 alley- added 1-1/2 lbs of R410a refrigerant. Capacitor,contactor,and fan motor were in accurate working condition. Unit #3alley- replaced a single run capacitor 12.5mrf. Contactor and fan motor Amperage were in accurate working condition. The refrigerant levels were accurate. Unit #1 rooftop- added 2lbs of R410a refrigerant. Capacitor,contactor and fan motor amperage were all in accurate working condition.
