Thank you Ellen! As Jean Renoir once said ..."My father had a fire lit, and was waiting for us in the dining room. We quickly toasted a piece of bread, poured some oil on it while it was still warm, added a little salt, and then gave Renoir the pleasure of being the first to taste the first oil of the year. 'A feast for the gods,' he said, while we, in turn, ate our fragrant bread. Cheers Ellen!
