We were charged a surcharge for gas on a prepaid check up on our system we had them install. We are regular customer with a maintenance contract which should have not been subject to the gas charge. Gas has gone up for everyone.

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, the gas surcharge is something we have to add to every call due to gas increases. We feel a surcharge that can be dropped once fuel prices fall is better than increasing service agreement prices by $50.
