Jake F. was very polite and pleasant during the service call. He got right to work doing his job and wasted no time. He took time though to chat and also reached up and got a bad light bulb out for me after changing the filter in the hallway. ( I really appreciated his helpfulness as I would have to stand on a ladder to get it and he just reached up his arm and got it out). Jake was professional in attitude, neatly dressed and a good representative of Perfect Service!
