Perfect service has a great team. The technician arrived on schedule and provided professional friendly service. He wore little footies over his shoes to protect my flooring. I like how Perfect Service is pro-active and has excellent customer service. They remind me of the needed seasonal service, then they schedule the appointment at my convienence, then they give a quick reminder call one day before the appointment, then after the service is complete they follow-up to make sure all was performed to my satisfaction.
