The 2 prior visits were awful. The men who came were pushy trying to sell expensive makeovers to our vents, etc. Very aggressive in their sales approach, in spite of repeatedly telling them we couldn’t afford it. My husband has cancer and they had me in tears telling me that my units warranty was now null and void and other things. All in all, the whole of these visits bordered on elder abuse in my opinion, and caused me excessive worry over yet another thing thing we can’t afford. This last visit was pleasant, the young man was kind and not pushy at all like the 2 previous visits.
My wife and I were very impressed how professional polite/courteous Mr. Diaz performed his duties in our home. I am trusting that the management at Perfect Service will be made aware of this service we received. Mr. Diaz is a prime employee to be representing your company. My wife and I request that management recognize Mr. Diaz and thank him personally for us and we look forward to our next service experience.

Service representative very efficient and professional. Arrived at scheduled time and briefed us during the job and gave us a summary of work done upon completion.
