Our split unit started pouring water out of the front and was flooding the floor of the sunroom. I called and reported the problem. In a short amount of time TJ showed up and looked at the unit. I had turned the unit off and it stopped pouring water. I turned it back on and we waited to see if it would pour more water, but it didn’t. We decided that since it was set to auto, it decided to go to the dry setting and was drawing moisture out of the air because it was a high humidity day. I will not set the unit on auto again. I will either set it on cool or heat. I really enjoyed talking to TJ while he was here. You can send him out anytime.

Today, I conducted a thorough maintenance check on a Carrier Infinity Series air conditioning unit. The service included cleaning the condenser coils, checking and replacing the air filter, and verifying refrigerant levels with a gauge set to ensure optimal performance. I also tested the thermostat calibration, inspected electrical connections for tightness and signs of wear, and lubricated the fan motor bearings to ensure smooth operation. The drain line was cleared of obstructions and treated with algaecide to prevent future clogs.
