We have been using PSHA for 3 years and the service has always been excellent. The staff is always pleasant and respectful. Matt recently did our biannual inspection and we feel that he was very respectful and polite. They always call ahead to confirm times and show up on time. They clearly communicate any issues that arise. The one time that we had an issue after a service call, they came immediately to remedy at no additional charge!
