Tim and his team of HVAC technicians were awesome to work with! I actually had such a great experience with them that I called them back a second time for another issue. Both times, Tim responded immediately to my texts and setting up an appointment with the office was seamless. For my urgent issue they were able to fit in a same day visit and with a less-urgent issue they scheduled me first thing the next day. They are very professional with text and email updates about when a technician was on his way as well as the name and picture of the technician. They were reliable - showed up when they said they would and figured out the solution. While HVAC repair can be pricey, I felt their prices were fair and they didn't try to push extra costs unnecessarily. They also gave realistic advice about the longevity of our HVAC system and left it up to us to decide what repairs to do. I highly recommend RT Olson for HVAC issues!

After relocating to Corona (three weeks ago) the shower drain, located in the master bedroom, started to back up. My wife initially contacted one of your competitors, while I was at work. The competition told her the issues was too complicated for their company and left, within minutes of arrival - apparently there was to much liability for them. She connected me with a plumber who was available and within minutes, Shane arrived at my home and solved my issue in seconds (ending up being a clogged drain trap). Upon filling shower pan technician noticed water coming from 2 hole shower valve. Coming out of cold side handle. As shower pan filling client noticed water coming from ceiling indicating that water leak is from shower valve handle
