We performed air testing as well as in wall testing for mold in customers garage bathroom. Results of the testing show that customer has really high levels of aspergillus/penicillium in the in wall cavities of bathroom wall next to shower. We recommend doing a flood cut of customers perimeter drywall in bathroom of about 4’ high. Doing this flood cut will allow us to visually inspect to see how far the mold has traveled, be able to remove the damaged drywall and insulation as well as treat the remaining studs.
