Performed inspection and found several issues as to why customer had no water pressure and no hot water. Water valve and gas valve were both off to water heater. Re- lit water heater and turned valve back on re storing proper pressure. Also noticed cartridge for shower was in properly installed only allowing hot water to flow through and no cold water. Removed cartridge and installed properly. Also noticed it appears water heater had or has a small leak to drain port. Recommended replacing of water heater if they continue having issues
