Attempted to snake customers laundry line from roof and pulled back large amounts of roots. Followed up with camera inspection of laundry line and right where customers laundry and sink drain go down into the ground there was a large root intrusion that was causing the clog. Was not able to get my camera past this point to see what kind of condition the rest of the line was In. Highly recommend jackhammering flooring and digging down to this section of pipe and performing spot repair to remove roots. Once section is removed we will be able to perform a camera inspection of the rest of the line Customer also had a mainline clog that I snaked and cleared from cleanout on side of the house. Customer also has another root intrusion in this section of pipe that I recommend getting repaired
