I needed to replace an old toliet which was dated 1962! Robert arrived and then went to Home Depot to purchase a new Kohler toliet. Robert replaced the toliet and we were both disappointed in the Kohler toliet. The new toliet was a water saver which didn't leave much water in the bowl. Robert was very personable and knowledgeable. The whole experience with Robert was good.
