Upon arrival there was large amounts of water pooling in closet to the left of the front door as well as the flooring right when you walked into the unit. Inspected laundry room and saw there was a hosebib that had a steady drip, tightened hose bib to stop leak. Performed subsurface listening to water line stub outs and walls and did not appear to be any leaks in the potable water system. Attempted to ran camera via roof vent and laundry line but wad unable to bet a clear picture of the condition to the drains due to the large amounts of build up. I believe there is also a break somewhere in the drains allowing the water to surface. Recommended performing descaling and drain cleaning to be able to inspect the condition of the drains and well as performing a smoke test in order to determine if there are any breaks in the line allowing the water to exit.
