Customer has root intrusion in sewer main that needs to be removed Customer had a root intrusion in sewer main for back bathroom that was causing clogs. Performed spot repair to remove root intrusion. Once sewer line was open we performed a more in depth camera inspection of 4” clay sewer main and saw that customer had several offsets and locations that where begging to separate. These issues could lead to future issues in the sewer main. Recommend performing epoxy lining to approximately 35’ of clay pipe to prevent future issues with this section of pipe
Performed camera inspection of sewer line and saw customer had a root intrusion in the clay pipe before where we did the repairs. Recommended digging up this section and performing a spot repair. Clog was already cleared upon arrival. Once spot repair has been done we can then do a more detailed camera inspection of sewer line
