Customer had lots of debris and toilet paper that was backed up into laundry line. Performed camera inspection of laundry line and was able to flush out all debris. Also performed camera inspection through mainline cleanout in between the two units. Customer has orangeburg sewer main that is beginning to fail. Has two large root intrusions where it looks like the top of the sewer line is missing. Highly recommend replacing orangeburg pipe from the cleanout out to the alleyway where it connects to clay pipe via pipe bursting of a total of approximately 80’. Customer will be looking at approximately $14,750.00 to have this done. Customer will continue to have sewage back ups until issue is fixed. At minimum recommend performing two spot repairs on the two major issues for $3,100.
