Had to take Apart customers drains where they dropped down into garage in order to run the cable snake, was not able to put blade on snake due to the lack of access. Was able to get clogged cleared and everything draining properly. Ran camera and noticed customer had large root intrusion. Strongly recommend performing sewer line replacement per last estimate I submitted last time this property had a back up. Main sewer line is orangeburg piping that is failing and has several root intrusions. Customer will continue to have this issue until sewer main is fixed. Also fixed leak that was under customers kitchen sink. Compression nut under right side of side of sink had became loose. Replaced plastic washer and tightened fitting back up.
