Called out today to perform precision tune on a 2 year old system. Checked all electronics and motor components to ensure equipment is operating properly within manufacture specifications. Checked EAC filter. Tested float switch. Cleared drain line and tested condensate pump. Measured the temperature drop across the coil. Outside I checked refrigerant pressures. Tested capacitor. Removed the fan from the condenser and cleaned the coil from the inside out. Removed debris from the bottom of the condenser. Equipment is operating properly at this time. Renewed maintenance plan for a buy one get one year free. This maintenance agreement will start on August 16th of 2024 and is valid until August 16th of 2026.
