03/14/24 DISPATCH PLEASE call to confirm a comfort advisor between 3 or 4pm tomorrow, 03/15/24 for system replacement w/ductwork replacement… Found duct work insulation coming threw the supply vents. I inspected the duct work & found the original duct work installed & mouse droppings inside & outside of the AH. HOLES in the supply plenum. Also, a dirty filter & a purple balloon in the filter section of the AH. ( see pics). I found the pressure & temperature off from manufacture specs. 9 degree SC & the system calls for 13 degrees. VERIFIED homeowners parts only warranty. Costly repairs outweighs replacement options & does not guarantee further breakdowns until the duct is replaced. Thank you for choosing Total Air….
