Indoor fan motor has failed. Fan motor is moving very slowly causing the evaporator coil to freed up due to lack of proper airflow. Customer authorized to move forward with replacing the motor and wishes to give more thought for moving forward with cleaning of the blower wheel and evaporator coil and possibly a pure air UV light. Additional findings after installing the new blower motor, I started the system and ran it in cooling for 20 minutes and discovered that the system is slightly under charge by 2 to 3 pounds of refrigerant only achieving a 1.8° to 2° sub cooling when the manufacture requirement is 11° sub cooling.
