I spoke to the HOA association he explained that the commerce decks were never blown. The HOA does not have a maintenance program to blow the common stack. They have accepted responsibility for the water damage & two quotes have been offered. One quote for a temporary fix & the vent line turned upside dawn into a 5 gallon bucket until the common stack can be blown out… Quote # 2 is to come back & repipe the vent.
