Performed maintenance on Rheem system installed by Total Air in September. Cleared drain line. Advised client to start using better air filtration due to having bottom draw return. Removed debris from outdoor unit and cleaned outdoor coils. Electrical components and refrigerant levels good at this time. Biological growth development inside supply ductwork plenum above indoor unit. Advised client to have the Pure Air X relocated from inside the unit to the supply ductwork plenum and have an Elite UV installed into the unit which he opted to move forward with for 339.15.
