Performed maintenance on Mitsubishi mini split smart system. Client concerned about how loud the indoor split unit is when operating and currently uses 5 inch media air filtration which is creating an air restriction. Biological growth very heavy above the indoor unit inside the supply ductwork and client has bad allergies. Recommended the IAQ 2000 which includes the Electronic Air Cleaner to clean the air as well as decrease the sound and a Pure Air X whole house UVC system to eliminate the growth and protect the home which she opted to move forward with for 1946.50. Cleared both drain lines. Electrical components good at this time and system cooling well upon departure. Collected 1946.50 with Visa. Installed Pure Air X UVC system and will return next week to install the EAC. Size needed: 20/20.
