Upon arrival, the system was in the off position. Turned the system on in cool mode & the OD fan motor wasn’t running but the compressor was. I verified the capacitor & hard start kit. Capacitor was completely drained & the hard start kit was reading 169mf.(weak to only run the compressor). Recommend a bandage repair to get the system running. Bandage repair does not guarantee further mechanical breakdowns. We still need to verify the compressor & condenser fan motors amp draws to see what is draining the starting components. Costly repairs that do not guarantee further mechanical breakdowns, we strongly recommend replacing the unit.
