customer wanted to adjust fan speed on 1 unit, fan motor continuously running on 1 unit, and customer wanted a new thermostat installed. Found air handler not set up on cool cloud causing fan motor to run at a low speed. Programmed cool cloud. Found motor running continuously due to zone board fan relay stuck closed. Bypassed fan relay on zone board. Installed a new customer supplied thermostat. Left systems in good working order. Spoke to customer about maintenance agreement for 4 systems and customer declined at this time.
