I pulled off the panel door to the indoor unit and inspected all electrical components connections inside the air handler, collected amp draw and voltage readings off electrical equipment, and check the unit for cleanliness. The air handler unit has accumulated some bio-growth and will continue to get worse. Recommend replacing the 1 year ultraviolet light bulb for the Ultraviolet Light System inside the evaporator coil to help keep the unit clean and produce better indoor air quality. The germicidal light on the supply was replaced last year and that’s a two year bulb. The evaporator coil and blower fan wheel is clean. The temperature split is 17 degrees in cooling mode and within normal range. Checked and tightened all electrical components to make sure they were secure and within factory range. Vacuumed the conde
