Customer concerned about unit not cooling. Customer has mentioned the unit is leaking water on the floor. Checked blower motor operation and inspected equipment cabinet. Checked safety float switch and inspected drain. The drain line is clogged and the condensation pump is working properly. Checked refrigerant levels and check test start up components. The condenser unit is running properly. The refrigerant pressure is slightly low at 111 psi. Recommend to top off refrigerant pressure to keep unit cooling properly and running properly. Recommend drain line cleaning with solvent and total air care membership to have annual preventative maintenance inspections on equipment. Membership will reduce cost on repair and have annual preventative inspections on equipment. Strongly recommend new germicidal uvc light to prevent biological growth in air handler coil and blower wheel. Reduce allergies and keep unit cooling properly all summer long. Customer has approved for drain line cleanin
