04/02/24 - No Cool Clarence stated that he just had his bathroom and house painted. The painter suggested, leaving the 15 year old system running with the windows open to have the paint dry faster. Three the added extra heat game with the windows open on the 15 year old compressor has made the starting components fail. The contactor was pitted and worn, capacitor was completely drained, along with the hard start kit. Repairs performed do not guarantee further mechanical breakdowns, this is a band is patch just to get the system started and recommended replacing the system. Clarence stated he will look at replacement. Recommended renewing his senior Total Air Care maintenance program that is up for renewal this week. Options were returning back to Florida in the winter.
