Called out today to perform a precision tune up. Checked all electronics and motor components to ensure equipment is operating proper within manufacture specifications. Checked filter. Measured the temperature drop across the coil. UV bulb is burnt. Flushed drain line. Tested float switch. Outside I checked refrigerant pressures. Took amp draws. Tested capacitor. Removed the fan from the condenser and cleaned the coil from the inside out. Vacuumed drain line clear from outside port. Client approved UV bulb replacement.
