Customer is concerned about leaking ducts in attic space. Checked ductwork work connections and located bad ductwork run in attic. The flexable duct needs to be replaced. No possible repair at this time. Option A 8” flex guest bedroom 8” flex laundry room 8” flex master bedroom 6” flex office space 3 hrs. 1 tech. Mastic and tape. Option B Minimal repair 8” flex laundry room 8” flex master bedroom 6” flex office space 2.5 hr. 1 tech Mastic and tape Customer has approved for ductwork replacement in attic for option A and all duct in attic to be replace in space. Will return tomorrow for duct run replacement. Upon arrival to duct replacement, tore out flex from plenum that went to master bedroom, second bed room, front office, living room, and laundry room.
