Customer concerned about unit not cooling properly. Checked blower motor operation and inspected equipment cabinet. Checked safety float switch and inspected drain line. The float switch is tripped with water and stopped unit from cooling. Recommend to have drain line cleaning to keep unit cooling properly. Checked thermostat calibration and filter location. Customer has replaced all filters. Checked refrigerant levels and check test start up components. Strongly recommend new safety surge protector on condenser unit to prevent voltage spikes and electrical failure on control board and compressor unit. Strongly recommend new taps Membership to have preventative maintenance inspection on equipment and reduce cost on repairs.
