Upon arrival to system water leak, I was shown to an air handling unit located in closet. Space. Immediately noticed water leaking. Disassemble the drain line from the air handling unit to the condensate pump to see if there was a clog. Condensate pump and condensate line running to the pump was extremely clogged at this time. Cleared out the drain and flushed with over a gallon of water to ensure the drain drains properly while operating in the cooling mode. System is now draining well but still leaking water. Found a very significant crack in the evaporator primary drain pan. Drain pan needs to be replaced to stop water from leaking from the A/H unit. I added quotes to the invoice to replace the primary drain pan, not under warranty. The customer is concerned about the time it will take to be able to replace the primary pan, as well as overall age in current condition of the existing equipment.
