Called out today to perform a precision tune up on a year old system. Checked all electronics and motor components to ensure equipment is operating properly within manufacture specifications. Checked filter, Evaporator coil and blower wheel are impacted. Cleared drain line. Tested condensate pump. Measured temperature rise and drop across the coil. Tested float switch. Outside I checked refrigerant pressures. Took amp draws. Client is aware of the age and condition of this machine. She would like to have a pure air and cleanings performed. This is not her full time home. This is the last visit on this years maintenance agreement. Thank you for always choosing Total Air!
