Customer concerned about unit condenser making noise while running cooling. Checked blower motor operation and inspected equipment cabinet. Checked safety float switch and inspected drain line. The drain line is dry and float switch is working properly. Checked thermostat calibration and filter location. I have replaced customer provided filter. Checked condenser unit operation and equipment needed preventative maintenance and condenser coil rinsed with water. Performed preventative maintenance tune up. Checked blower motor operation and inspected equipment cabinet. Checked safety float switch and inspected drain. Cleaned vacuumed drain pan and drain line. Flushed drain line with water and primed drain line. Removed debris from condenser unit and rinse condenser coil and compressor deck. Checked refrigerant levels and check test start up components. Unit is cooling well and drains properly. Recommend new safety surge protector on condenser unit to prevent voltage spikes and electri
