Customer has mentioned the unit has frozen up and he has turned on fan to deice the system. Unit has frozen up again. Checked thermostat calibration and filter location. Customer has replaced filter. Checked blower motor operation and inspected equipment cabinet. The evaporator coil is clean and free of debris. The attic insulation is good and ductwork is hung properly. Checked refrigerant levels and check test start up components. Located the system has low refrigerant pressure in condenser unit. Recommend leak search on ac components to locate the leak in the system. Customer has approved for leak search and monthly membership. Performed leak search on air handler unit and located refrigerant leak in the evaporator coil ( video taken) Looks like unit has warranty good. Customer would like call back on availability on evaporator coil replac
