Called out today due to no cooling. Upon arrival client stated that the condenser fan motor stopped running on Saturday. Checked all electronics and motor components. Condenser fan motor is seized and capacitor is low. Gave options for out of warranty repairs. Client approved repairs and we will order the motor. Delivery is quoted at 3-5 days. Client applied for financing through Kwik comfort. Reference # is 30726425 Office will be in contact with a timeline for repairs.
