Customer concerned about unit not cooling properly. Unit struggling to keep at unit temperature. Checked thermostat calibration and filter location. Customer has replaced filter. Checked blower motor operation and inspected equipment cabinet. Located the copper line has refrigerant oil on armaflex on suction line at air handler unit. Open air handler unit and inspected the area of evaporator coil. I have found evaporator coil is leaking refrigerant Checked refrigerant levels and check test start up components. The unit has signs of low refrigerant. Tested area with leak search and confirmed the evaporator coil is leaking and needs to be replaced.
