New ductwork is installed. Customer concerned about unit not cooling properly. Customer has mentioned the thermostat has went bad and he went out a bought another thermostat. Checked old thermostat and set on base. Located the outside condenser unit is not running cooling stage. Condenser unit is running the heater stage only. Checked low voltage wiring and located the thermostat wiring is rusty and needs to be repaired. Repaired low voltage wiring and tested operation. Unit is running properly and cooling properly.
