Arrived at customer's house for system not cooling. On arrival customer showed me to air handler that had standing water in the secondary reservoir. Pointed this out to customer and suggested drain solve and drain clear. Customer agreed. Customer also agreed to signing up with TAPS plan. Cleared line and applied drain solve. Allowed to sit for about 15 minutes. Checked in with customer and customer happy with work performed. Collected payment and signatures and left. Customer happy.
