Upon arrival to quoted system repair I was shown to a C/U on the roof that had very exposed low voltage wiring, and a contactor that was burnt and pitted. Pulled out all old low voltage wiring splices, cut apart and pulled back to get a hold of new wiring, connected back to factory specifications with wire nuts and ensured all wires were secure before electrical taping to ensure all wiring wouldn’t be exposed to the outdoor elements. Replaced the C/U’s high voltage contactor and rewired to factory specifications. Went back down to the indoor unit and put power to the air handler. Started the system up in the cooling mode and verified proper functions. This system is operating well in the cooling mode at this time. I spoke to the homeowner over the phone and collected payment/signatures for todays visit. She mentioned that a different property of hers had just had a duct inspection but she is wanting a second opinion on the state of the duct work. I informed her that the office s
