Upon arrival to scheduled system maintenance I was shown to a traditional split system located in the bedroom closet. This is a 23y/o system. Opened up the panel doors to inspect all electrical components connections, collect electrical readings off all electrical equipment and check the evaporator coil for cleanliness. Evaporator coil is lightly impacted. Pictures uploaded to ST. I am recommending a clean in place to help ensure proper airflow in the system to avoid potential breakdowns. All electrical components connections are fully secure and all readings are running within range of factory specifications. With the amount of growth built up in the air handler cabinet I am recommending some type of UV purification to avoid this growth buildup. This buildup can cause premature breakdowns in the equipment due to gunking up electrical components, this can also affect the homes, indoor air quality.
