Customer concerned about unit not cooling properly. Customer has mentioned the thermostat is blank and will start again automatically than turn off again. Checked thermostat calibration and filter location. Customer has replaced filter. Checked blower motor operation and inspected equipment cabinet. Checked safety float switch and inspected drain line. The safety float switch is tripped with water and drain line is clogged and stopped unit from cooling. Checked blower motor operation and inspected evaporator coil condition. The coil is clean and free of debris. The air handler unit has existing elite uv light that is dim and not very luminous. Uv was installed 6/2021. Recommended uv light probe to be replaced and have full effect on germicidal uv light and luminous. Checked refrigerant levels and check test start up components. The capacitor has tested good and refrigerant pressure is working properly. Recommend new safety surge protector on condenser unit to prevent voltage spikes an
