Upon arrival to scheduled multi system maintenance (4) I was shown to two A/H’s located in the attic space as well as two A/H’s located in the kitchen closet and the front mother in law suite. Completed full inspection on all A/H’s. Pulled off panel doors to inspect all electrical components connections, collect electrical readings and check the evaporator coils for cleanliness. All electrical components connections are fully secure and all readings are running within range of factory specifications. All evaporator coils are very clean with pictures uploaded to ST. Each A/H is equipped with a Pure Air X UV, oxidizers, and EAC’s that are all fully functional at this time. Changed all EAC filter media as well as changed all customer supplied filters at filter back return grills. We did use basically the last of the EAC replacement pads so we are going to order 2 more sets to ensure enough media for this coming year. (1) 24x18, (1) 24x24.
