Replace UV Bulbs Upon arrival to the multi scheduled system maintenance, I was shown to the a/hs in the garage and c/us on the side of the home. I pulled off the panel door to inspect all electrical components connections, collect amp draw/voltage readings off electrical equipment, and check the unit for cleanliness. I inspected the evaporator coil and blower fan and both are free of biological growth and debris build up. The d/t temperature was within normal range for each system (20°). All electrical components were secure and within factory range. I tested the float safety switch and confirmed it is engaged when needed for each system. I then vacuumed the condensate drain line to remove and blockage or debris. I ensured this was draining properly. The c/u system refrigerant charge is within normal range for both systems and all electrical components are secure.
