Called out today due to no cooling. Upon arrival there was an error code on the thermostat. Checked all electronics and motor components to ensure equipment is operating properly within manufacture specifications. Checked filter. Found that the drain line was pitched improperly. Client flushed drain line two days ago and when he pulled the cap off it pulled the drain line up and caused the bad pitch. Drain line has slight algae build up. Recommended performing a drain solve treatment. Performed drain solve treatment. Removed drain line and vacuumed clear. Adjusted drain line pitch. Tested all electronics and motor components to ensure equipment is operating properly within manufacture specifications. Measured the temperature drop across the coil. Checked refrigerant pressures.
