Airbnb guest stated water was coming from mini split head number one located in the living room area. I inspected the mini split head number one filter, blower motor, evaporator coils, & outdoor coils for any blockage or microbial growth development. I verified the pressures on the mini split, and they were within manufacture specs. I found the filter to. E cleaned but microbial growth development across the blower wheel that is dripping into the drain line. Also, cobwebs at the return area of the mini split restricting airflow. Drain line is backed up from the microbial growth clogging the drain line and needs to be flushed & vacuumed. Mini split drain line tablets can be added to keep the drain line clear n free of blockage between maintenance visits. Drain line is NOT trapped & a p-trap needs to be added.
