Performed preventative maintenance tune up. Checked thermostat calibration and filter location. Customer has provided filter replacement. Checked safety float switch and inspected drain line. Cleaned vacuumed drain pan and drain line. Flushed drain line with water and primed drain line. Checked evaporator coil condition and recommended to have coil cleaned in place to help unit breathe properly cooling properly. Checked rooftop condenser unit and located the pull disconnect to burnt out and needs to be replaced. Showed this customer and customer has approved for service disconnect to be replaced. Recommend new safety surge protector on condenser unit to prevent voltage spikes and electrical failure on control board and electrical components. Recommend new germicidal uvc light to prevent biological growth in air handler coil and blower wheel. To help prevent drain line clogged and keep unit cooling properly. Customer has approved for new service disconnect. Replaced disconnect
