I want to take a moment to recognize Michelle for her outstanding support over the past two years. After the passing of my father-in-law, Michelle helped manage my mother-in-law’s account with incredible patience, understanding, and professionalism. She guided me through what was a very difficult journey with empathy and clarity, making a challenging process much easier to navigate. Even through the recent passing of my mother-in-law and the closing of her account, Michelle continued to provide excellent customer service. Her kindness and dedication truly stood out, and I know my in-laws—who were amazing people—would have wanted me to acknowledge such a wonderful person.
