I recently had a new heating system installed ---- The team ---MARK PETROU and SOK ROEUNG provided SUPERIOR customer service and work quality . They were extremely professional and polite ---- Brian Thayer , as always, was very helpful in the decision making process---- Crystall in scheduling went above and beyond to send me literature on the new system and took extra time to put together an organized and professional packet of information --- and thank you to Matt as well , for coming by to check that all was well ----- THANK YOU TEAM for making a VERY STRESSFUL experience LESS STRESSFUL ! An awesome reminder as to why I have been a Townsend customer for almost 30 YEARS !!

Needed a new oil tank. Technician (who was very good)was doing annual check up found and patched leaks. Installation team, subcontractors, we’re not. A few hours after installation of new tank, furnace shut down. They had made some errors in installation by allowing air into line. Emergency tech came at 11PM and fixed it. My experience is that the technicians from Townsend are very good, but the subcontractors are not. I am basing this review on the installation of the tank.

The tech was awesome very informative about the system. He explained the options that need to be done in the near future to the system. As always your service is prompt. Brian Installed new Gobbi II condensate pump onto 2nd floor Fujitsu wall head unit located in common area . This new pump provides silent operation.
Tuned up Bosch Greenstar with cleaning and testing. New parts were provided by customer when technician arrived .
Tuned up Central AC system with cleaning , testing and installed new air filter . Opened all ceiling AC grilles .
