Tony Pezzella is such a knowledgable and gifted AC tech. He is EXREMELY thorough and as I say "all business" when servicing my AC on a very hot ninety degree day. There were many faults he observed and gave me a lot of suggestions like keeping the area clean and how to cover it during the winter. Townsend has a gem in Tony and I consider him a valued employee. Thank you Tony. Furthermore. in the past I have lauded an employee and actually received a phone call from Jim Townsend in appreciation. I would appreciate another call from Jim to tell him how dissatisfied I am regarding the May 14th yearly inspection I paid for and did not get a single warning about the faults (freon, clogged vents, etc.) I feel I got zero results from that day and paid the price when the AC failed two days ago. Nick was great. On time. Worked with issues. My only comment for improvement would be to know ahead of time, at least by the day before the time service person would arrive. I do not like not knowing when. I was not even guaranteed a time frame for appointment when I made it.

Vinny is an extremely knowledgeable and thorough technician. I could tell he was very experienced and took pride in his work. He explained any and all questions I presented to him with such a certainty and made me very comfortable knowing my furnace would operate at peak performance. He is a credit to the Townsend Corp. and I hope this opinion reaches the management. He has a great personality and communicated to me and my wife with ease. I found Vinny to be extremely professional and courteous. He explained to me the importance of regular maintenance service on the furnace and showed me a critical part, which could have resulted in a service call if it’s not taken care of on a regular basis. I was very happy with the service.
